Wynce Nolley is a freelance writer and multimedia journalist based in South Louisiana.
He has published several watchdog news articles in local newspapers and regional magazines across the state, most notably in The Independent (Lafayette, La.), which recently won the 2017 Louisiana Press Association Freedom of Information Award for its ongoing coverage of the illicit practices of Lafayette City Marshal Brian Pope during the 2015 election for the Sheriff of Lafayette Parish.
His work has also appeared in Gambit Magazine in New Orleans, Acadiana Lifestyle in New Iberia, Acadiana Profile and Acadiana Business (ABiz) Magazine in Lafayette.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
